6. Equipment and Installation

Installation services are subject to site survey and technical feasibility. Equipment remains the property of Wire-tide until fully paid. You are responsible for providing reasonable access for installation and maintenance.

7. Monitoring Services

Our monitoring services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for failures to detect or respond to security events due to equipment malfunction, communication failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wire-tide's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you must return all equipment in good condition.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
